I have already tried many things and I can offer the four most effective techniques. They are simple, do not take much time. See all the unpleasant events that can happen to you because of this negativity. The only condition is to maximize everything as much as possible, to fantastic proportions, let it be absurd and in life it can not happen. But it is important to clearly represent these events, as well as in what order, they will occur with you.
For example, you need to meet a client, but not comfortable with this one thought. Apply this technique, it all depends on your imagination.
