To remain healthy things we should always do, food to avoid and habits to quit.
- THINGS TO DO
- Stay active: Exercise at least 30 minutes a day 3-4 days a week. Work out all part of your body.
- Eat healthy food: Cut down on red meats and increase the amount of fruits and vegetable in your diet.
- Sleep: Can add up to 11years of your life. The amount of sleep you need varies between people. But most people need to get 6-8 hours of uninterrupted sleep every night in order to function at their highest capacity.
- Boost your immune system by taking regularly some supplements.
- Practice good hygiene.
- Drink water.
- Make out time to relax.
- Share you feeling with other.
- Be mindful of your relationship with other.
- Ensure you take health care products regularly.
THINGS TO AVOID
* Avoid saturated fat, salt and sugar.
* Avoid stress.
* Avoid drug like marijuana, smoking, alcoholism.
* Avoid self - medication/prescription of drug.
* Avoid being overweight.
* Avoid poor diet
* Avoid simple carbs low in fiber/nutrient.
* Avoid eating unfresh food.
* Avoid regular soda intake and many more.
* Avoid exposing you body to cold.
