Hoy les voy a exponer el caso de mi amigo Javi, una persona muy entusiasta, acomedida y emprendedora, que le gusta hacer las cosas apresuradamente, tratando de no salirse de las normas y reglas impuestas en su sitio de trabajo.
Resulta que hay una persona que trabaja en el mismo lugar y por razones aun desconocidas, le ha caído mal hasta el punto de tomarse el trabajo de hacerlo quedar mal ante el grupo de personas que laboran en ese reducido espacio de trabajo.
Yo observo los toros desde la barrera, decía mi papá, para referirse a evitar inmiscuirse en problemas ajenos, a menos que quiera aportar soluciones al conflicto. Me di cuenta que se trataba de una envidia profesional, pues Javi participaba en muchas actividades y siempre trataba de aportar ideas y con acciones directas presentaba más resultados que el colectivo en pleno.
Esta persona buscó otra persona aliada que tenía poder de decisiones y controlaba la entrada al sitio de trabajo de Javi y ya las 2 personas trataban de mil maneras reducir el campo de acción de Javi, involucrando a otras personas para reducir a lo más mínimo el desempeño de mi amigo.
Ante tal frustración, me comentaba que estaba a punto de dejarlo todo de lado, limitarse en los resultados que podía ofrecer con el pequeño margen de acción que disponía. Traté de darle apoyo moral para levantarle el ánimo y decidimos buscar colaboración en otros sitios de trabajos similares y esa fue una táctica que nos ha dado buenos resultados.
Las personas que le han puesto trabas a su trabajo se han visto ofuscadas por los avances que ha tenido el amigo Javi, creo que la envidia profesional no les va bien y al final del día lo que cuenta es que los superpoderes de Javi han vencido todo obstáculo y su vida continúa placenteramente.

This person looked for another ally who had decision-making power and controlled access to Javi's workplace and the two people were already trying in a thousand ways to reduce Javi's field of action, involving other people to reduce my friend's performance to the minimum.
Faced with such frustration, he told me that he was about to leave everything aside, limiting himself in the results he could offer with the small margin of action he had. I tried to give him moral support to lift his spirits and we decided to seek collaboration in other similar work sites and that was a tactic that has given us good results.
The people who have put obstacles in his way have been blinded by the progress that his friend Javi has made. I think that professional envy is not good for them and at the end of the day what counts is that Javi's superpowers have overcome all obstacles and his life continues.
