I do this all the time! I can also wake up, go to the bathroom and then go back to where I left off. :D

really? thats awesome, theres so many times i wake up and wish i could continue my dreams :(
Yes! Also, some of my dreams continue in the same dream world over a period of several years. So basically I can revisit the same place I have dreamt about a year or more later. Sometimes my dreams connect to each other as well. I have learned to recall them after years of practice.
