You can make over a liter/quart of this toner for the same price as a small bottle at the cosmetics counter. Over the years (and there's been a lot of them haha) I've learned some easy, inexpensive ways to keep my skin looking youthful. It's true that diet and exercise is paramount - the more veggies you can cram in and squats you can bare will have to biggest pay out unarguably! But I thought it would be fun to just do some short recipes and tips I've found work amazingly well for me.
Please always do a patch test on the inside of your wrist before trying anything on your face.
My Homemade Toner
3 parts of liquid witch hazel
1 part vegetable glycerin (try to use a high quality non gmo - which is still fairly cheap)
optional either 2 to 4 drops of rose-hip or lavender essential oil per 50ml
Mix in a small glass spray bottle or container of your choice, shake before using and that's it!

Super simple - it evens your skin tone. I use it 3-4 times a day especially after washing my face in the morning, after workouts and in the evening before bed. It also makes a good after shave and as I discovered recently it also helps reduce swollen varicose veins!
