How to turn the cleaning into spiritual purification.
Some advises from Tibetan monks:
a. "Person who does not care about things, does not care about people." We must not forget that every thing was created by someone's work, so you should clean it carefully to show respect and gratitude for this work.
b. You should be grateful for those things which served us before. Things which we do not need no more should be given to somebody for who they will be useful.
c. "If we start to clean in silence and peace, when plants and people around are still asleep, our hearts will be peaceful and our minds clear." That's why you need to start the day with cleaning. Before going to bed, you should put things in order to start washing immediately.
d. Before you start cleaning, you should open the windows and ventilate the house. Fresh air will give us strength for cleaning and will allow "to be imbued with the fragility of man, nature and life force".
e.Do not leave dirty dishes and scraps for the night. The dishes should be washed at the end of the day, and wasted food should be used as compost for plants. The house should be a single ecosystem.
f. During cleaning, think only of the task that you are doing. Do not be distracted by extraneous thoughts and thoughts. Focus on the current cleaning moment.
g.Always divide cleaning by all your household. This will help you learn to appreciate someone else's work and understand that we all depend on each other.
The world is fabulously beautiful ...!
Who could not see it, he just didn't put things in good order in his soul ...
When I clean up my house, my self-esteem grows a lot))
