I don't completely agree with your remark. I use this account only for new users using the #introduceyourself tag. It's my way to help new users by upvoting their post, wishing them a warm welcome and showing them a directory I created listing interesting steemians they may visit/follow. I invite you to visit that directory to better understand what I mean...
