Hello Friends! I've missed Hive so much, and I want to apologize for my absence lately! Between the business of day to day life and a bad case of the blues, it's been hard to find time to do things I enjoy. I'm happy to be back, and even happier to welcome Autumn! It has finally started to cool down in my neck of the woods; I even felt a chill in the air this morning! I hadn't been feeling in the Halloween spirit for most of October, but I did get around to carving a pumpkin last night! I don't think I did too bad.
Of course, no October would be complete without a trip to the Halloween stores. I'm a big fan of the Friday the 13th Franchise, so I was thrilled to find this Officially licensed Camp Crystal Lake sign.
I also got a new creepy cool oddity a few weeks back. This is a jar of preserved sheep eyeballs. I'm surprised that no one has complained about feeling a pair (or two) of eyeballs watching them! I love the eerie vibe these peepers give off when they're backlit by candles.
I hope everyone is safe and happy, and I'm looking forward to being back online hanging out with you all! :)
Your halloween decor beats anyone elses 10-0! Well I guess you display them every day of the year which is even more awesome. You would love Berlin’s museum of natural history, they have one room full of preserved items, dispayed in glass shelves, it’s very beautiful.
