Be aware of or not many habits of urban living that have a negative impact on health, including making the immune system decline
Immune system or immunity is a defense mechanism developed by the body to fight viruses and bacteria. Having a low immunity makes a person more vulnerable to various attacks of viruses and bacteria, which ultimately susceptible to disease. Decreased immune system derived internal factors are often found in urban communities. Too busy working sometimes makes the workers often overtime, lack of sleep and late to eat.
Frequent spending time in front of the monitor will make the activity more sitting and less moving. Not to mention the additional exposed to traffic jams, the less movement and make the body stiff. The habit is getting worse, when the intake of unhealthy and balanced foods such as the frequency of eating fast food and too much fatty and less fiber foods.
For urban society, the decline in the immune system not only threatens health but also disrupts work and social time.
M & C Saatchi, March 2015 mentions that as many as 64% of correspondents experience work disruption, 56% can not enjoy time with family and 47% can not be able to socialize with others if the body is not healthy.
Then, what to do to maintain and improve the immune system.
