APPICS AG is now officially a registered company in Zug, Switzerland!
Zug is one of the leading cities in terms of blockchain adaption, nicknamed the "crypto valley" - a next-generation tech hub for blockchain enthusiasts and crypto-startups from around the globe.
In January, the APPICS founders travelled to Switzerland to register the company there, and connect with other blockchain experts.

In other news, we have also had a few new additions to the APPICS team.
Developers Jürgen and Jörg have started working on the front- and backend of our application, while Tim will take care of the Blockchain Integration.
On our marketing- and creative team, we have Esko, Felix, Lisa and Selena to join the APPICS family and help our vision come to life!
We are growing as a team and working together to prepare for our ICO on March 28, developing the first testnet and working on new creative ideas!

This month, the APPICS team starts the Global Tour, representing APPICS at various blockchain- and media events around the globe.
We will be traveling to the US, Asia, Europe, and more - speaking about the APPICS vision and sharing our passion.

Could you please explain how the appics SMT will be of any benefit to the steem blockchain?
As the ICO is happening on the ethereum network I don't see the upside for steem.
Where can I read more about your token creation process? Is there a set amount of XAP, or is there a set inflation rate such as STEEM? Will STEEM play any role in your platform other than the blockchain? Thanks!!

A complain on your bounty reward:
You have clearly mentioned there are 250 stakes for a re-tweet from an account with >50K followers, but you have never sent more than 50 stakes to me.
You have clearly mentioned there are 1000 or 1500 stakes(I forgot the exact figure) for a tweet from an account with >50k followers but you sent me 10 stakes.
If you can't give what you promise then promise less, why you advertise with the wrong figure?
Or if you had felt my contributions didn't worth the full stake you should have clearly mentioned that by some means,
What kind of impression will you leave to the people? People tend to appreciate more when you are faithful....I have already got some bad reflections about you.

Just got excited about Appics and went to sign-up for the newsletter and... Fail! Could not connect with the server. Checked all my settings and still could not get signed up. I'm really curious as to how this will affect current Steemit account holders. What is in it for us going forward. Do we need to do anything special to sign up for Appics? Great news, I'm so excited for the ICO, then launch - hoping to be involved in the first round of ICO, but not invested in an ICO previously. Is it first come, first serve in applications/registered interest, or first on the day (I'm away on vacation on 28th March & Internet might be sketchy).
Also, are you doing an air drop to Steem holders? If so, do you have more info on this?

The ICO is divided in 4 different rounds (each round 1 week) which each offer different boni.
Round A Investment Minimum: $5000 (15% Bonus)
Round B Investment Minimum: $2500 (10% Bonus)
Round C Investment Minimum: No Limitation (5% Bonus)
Round D Investment Minimum: No Limitation (0% Bonus)
As soon as each round starts, the investors can pay based on a first come, first serve approach.
The airdrop will be available for selcted users of the steemit community, more info to be released about this after the ICO!
