The Best Morning Motivator To Boost Your Productivity

in #life7 years ago

Did you know that the best motivator in the morning, is to read your life's purpose?

There is nothing more inspirational than reading who you're meant to be, what you're supposed to do, and what you stand for in this world. This is the secret of the top 1% achievers. They are clear on their purpose and every morning they remind themselves of that purpose. Sadly - most of us weren't taught about "life purpose". It wasn't taught in college, and if you ask your teachers/boss they would probably laugh and just shrug the question off...

Now, I've been blessed to have learned my life's purpose early on. And I would like to extend that gift to you. Here are 3 things you should know about your purpose:

  1. It is UNIQUE to your own life story. No one is going to say or reveal your purpose to you. Its something that you have to look within yourself to find. It's a reflective exercise on your past, present and potential.

  2. Your purpose can and will CHANGE. Your purpose will change as life goes on. And that's okay. I always say that there is no right or wrong answer when it comes to purpose. The only mistake is not knowing your purpose.

  3. It is something you DECIDE. Your purpose is something you choose and commit to. It is a decision to live life based on your own principles.
Principles on who you are. (Being)
Principles on what you're supposed to do. (Doing)
Principles on what you stand for in the world. (Giving)

So Today, why not think about your life purpose?
So on the next day, you can start with overflowing motivation
As you read your purpose in the morning.

The problem is, trying to figure out our life purpose can be tricky - I think its a bit harsh to say "The only mistake is not knowing your purpose." With this ideology people rush into things for the sake of finding a purpose. Its like trying to meditate; by trying to force it youre missing the point to begin with!

Good post, but I would say take your time, enjoy yourself and be grateful for everything around you. Sometimes the best ideas for what we want to do in life come when we least expect them.
