I remember a tv we had with a channel switcher that was like a toilet flush handle. You just sort of flushed one channel to the next.

And I remember the fuzzy little black and white box on which the family sat around and watched the Beatles on Ed Sulivan. During that historic broadcast my father mumbled about them not being as good as Slim Whitman and mom wondered aloud how their mothers let them out of the house with that hair.

Different world.

Definitely different. Just imagine what the world's going to be like 50 years from now when people are wearing little threads of string and nothing else.
