That's the first time that I've heard of tea helping you to quit smoking! It is definitely worth to try I would say. And if that doesn't help then you can still take these drugs to help you live a healthy life! :)

good post! the fight against addiction is very difficult! my mother tried to finish this addiction ... unfortunately it failed ; c
wonderful topic...I made many attempts to quit smoking before I actually quit for good, and for many years now. What i can honestly say now is that I KNEW I was going to stay clean, on the last attempt. Strange but true
