Heck I don't know. Yesterday was such an activity filled day. It's like my time gets filled up so easily. π
Today I was able to do a quick caricature. Yeah someone asked me to do a caricature but then... (I edited out the rest.) π
Can you guess who this is? π No this person is not a celebrity at all. I'm going to redo it because it doesn't really look like him that much. I will redo and make it better.
Will be doing a full body caricature too. For anyone interested, I will ask the payment upfront before I make any artwork. πΌ
Ehem... So during the open house for the wellness centered and luxury property of course there's food too. Mmm. I wasn't able to eat lunch but I did have breakfast brunch. Good thing it's an open house or else I would have gone hungry. π
On the way there, I was a getting stressed and feeling pressured because I didn't have any guest. Plus the client wasn't really giving me good vibes at all. So while in the MRT I was visualizing and trying to get the bad vibes and negativity to go away. I think I was successful. π
I wasn't too stressed when I got to the show suite. I mean I even forgot my corporate blazer at home so I had to buy an ukay2x (secondhand clothes from store) one along the way to work. π (Damn, I need to blog for money but I still haven't done any movie blogs. Rawr.)
At the site we negotiated for a condo unit to be sold for so and so. Even if I didn't have any guest at least we were able to do something at the open house. And tomorrow should be just the finalization and such. Client just needs to sign a document and the buyer needs to sign it too. Oh I think I'm having fun at work now. π
Next condo client come to mamah! π πͺπͺπͺ
In other news, we still have another open house next month before the BGC show suite disappears. Thought today was the last property preview. Whew.
For now I will sleep and tomorrow will be two more client meetings. And then hopefully I can do the movie blogs! Dear God where do I get Hermione's locket?! π
I can post here everyday but writing a movie review takes hours you know. Whew. And I'm waiting for the $100 echeck payment from Bitlanders to clear so I can have money to spend. Cryptos are down so I have to hodl my Steem. π₯
What's the lesson here? Time management and don't work on something without payment. π And don't forget your work clothes or else you will spend whatever money you have left for emergency work clothes! π
