It is very hard to lead by example a group of the people on the Steemit. First, while a big majority is here for the right thing there are also a lot of members who are here just to abuse others, so the prevention of the toxic elements really takes too much time and sometimes is just over the edge obnoxious.
But, it is worth of the effort and at the end of a day if your team is satisfied nothing else truly matters.
