If you think that excitement in the gym only increases your physical strength, then you need to think. Research on nearly five lakh people has revealed that powerful people perform better in brain functioning. This research has been published in the journal 'Schizophrenia Bulletin'. Research says that your muscular power is assessed with the strength of the arm, which indicates your healthy mind.
Joseph Firth, co-author of research at NIC Health Research Institute of Western Sydney University, said that our research confirms that strong people actually work better brains. Using this data from UK's 475,397 participants, this new research shows that on average, strong people performed better in brain functioning tests. These tests included speed of reaction, solving logic problems and different types of training related to memory.
