Effects of Positivity of our brain in our Life and their reflection

Hi there my fellow Hivians, hope you are all doing great. Everyone in our life suggests us to stay positive no matter the circumstances. There may be reasons why people will say like that. I'm the one who believes in staying positive even though your life is getting worst. Sometimes, I think people say to stay positive because if we think in negetive ways, then we will do something that makes people around us to regret. To deal with these kind of things people formed a habit of saying to the people who care about us to stay positive. All the things which we are facing, will face and had faced will result in our betterment of life. I'm can vouch on my life that staying positive will certainly improve our life.

When something doesn't happened as the way we planned and we feel that our life is in at it's lowest point now, but what the future holds us we can't be sure of that. Always hope for the best. Nowadays if you are sharing your problems with someone who knows you and they will start to share that they have even more problems. This maybe due to economic conditions nowadays. But, we can see that everyone has problems and each deals with it in different ways. Some stay positive and hope for the best in their life, some will get discouraged and feel pity on their situation, some will forget about it and move on with their life.

I used to be the third kind of guy, but now I'm the one who follows the first way. Because life has thought me that good things will happen to you if you stay strong and be positive. The energy we possess when we think in positive will give a boost to our confidence and let us deal with the situation in a way we felt. Having hope that something good will happen in our life is the key to the success in our life. This is the exact way of being positive. A little experiment was conducted on rats that you may have heard it as well. If a rat is thrown into bucket full of water, at first it could not swim for a long time on it's own and gradually drown in a little span of time. But, in the second time if the rat was rescued at the time of drown and place it some place nice and then throw the rat again in the bucket full of water, this time something wonderful would happen.

This time the rat will try it's best to swim for as long as possible because of the last time rescue at end of drowning. This is called hope. We humans thrive on account of hope and survive the disastrous situations with efforts. Thinking something good will happen is the way of staying positive in our life. The story I told above is an exact replica of experiences we can share every day in our life. The efforts of us to survive mixed with a pinch of luck we can achieve anything in our life. Nowadays there are plenty of ways to deal with different situations in different manners. Every just a google search away.
