Ingredients :
• 1/4 kg of wet squid
• 3 old petai planks
• 1 ounce red pepper
• 7 shallots onion
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 1 large tomato
• 1/2 tbs fine salt
• 1/4 tbsp sugar
• Chilli powder (royco)
• Insufficient cooking oil
Steps:
wipe the squid in a medium-size cut and then boil for a while until the water content of the squid decreases
Blend red peppers, onions, and garlic
Prepare cooking oil add fine seasoning add salt, sugar and 1/2 bks royco saute until fragrant
insert sliced tomatoes, petai and squid add a little water wait kurleb 10 minutes until the water seep into chilli.
Flavor correction, lift and ready to serve
