This is over the top safe. I have reused bottles again and again with no health issues coming from it. Yes the risk is there. But is the risk big enough to worry about? I dont think so.

You should read about bacterial endocarditis as a long-term disease, the risks you will not find at short time, but over the years yes. the bacterial colonies are formed and established in sites related to the bloodstream, and from there arises a significantly harmful collateral damage
