If you feel unhappy all this time, maybe this happens because you have not been in the right age.
A study found two phases of age where a person will feel the happiest during his life. To do this, researchers at the London School of Economics and Political Science asked 23,000 volunteers in Germany ages 17 to 85 to assess their life satisfaction.
Participants predict how they will be happy for five years, then report back their feelings five years later.
Launched Reader's Digest on Saturday (25/05/2018), this study found that happiness is like a U-curve during the life of a person.
The satisfaction of a happy feeling will reach an extreme level in the age of the study, and decline in middle age. The researchers noted, the two most important age is when they are aged 23 and 89 years.
