I am also an ambivert. The overthinking part is super relevant to me. That's part of the reason I really enjoy alcohol. Helps me get out of my head a lil, especially in social situations.
One thing to help me make decisions I've been doin lately is to let the universe decide — by flipping a coin, asking someone nearby, or other probability based deciders. It helps, even if I choose another thing after-all ;)

Yeah, overthinking is the bane of my existence .... as I was born in it....moulded by it (sorry Bane reference :P)
