Yeah it does suck. I keep pulling muscles or getting twinges from doing regular every day things.
The back can be a killer too. I have been doing some hanging which is good for it. You just find a bar or something even a pull up bar in the gym and hand for about thirty seconds on it. Lets your back stretch it out!

It's the airplanes for me post-Covid. My travels are up a order of magnitude and these 16 hr flights every month is not helping
