Chaos is the constant , I need to remember that when spending most of my time trying to avoid it.
I mean you can do as many forecasts as you want to on where the wind is going to blow in Crypto or your life or realizing you are totally alone in the void but on a happier note here is a picture of an adorable kitty in marshmallows
It took me a long time getting out of chaos, bad friends and most of the important things in my life. No matter what I did it was like a dark cloud following me even with my hapy face on.
Keep working on yourself > get to know yourself > your triggers > slow down and listen to yourself > kick out the bad @ss programs you picked up in the past > slow down and get to know yourself without judgement > love yourself because that is 90% of healing yourself. I am happy you are on steemit.
