Value is about more than just a platform, or the questions that you ask, or even any particular activity that you engage in.

Every interpersonal interaction is based on value, both for you, and for the person you are interacting with. Without an interaction being mutually valuable it would not happen.

Many people don't understand this point and expect to be appreciated for who they are instead of what they do. Never gonna happen. So the next time you interact with someone, think about the value that you provide to that person and you will understand how your relationship can evolve.
