i remember watching a episode on either history or one of those about one if isreals top spies, this guy was about 60 years old around 5.5 ft tall and about 50 pounds overweight(he looked like someones grandpa, and not a max von sydow grandpa either more like grandpa from the munsters) and this guy did some amazing things because everybody just kind of overlooked him, getting noticed is probably not a great idea if you were a spy , i guess that is how he made it to his 60s
