I think the one’s who get ahead are the one’s that can behave contradictory to whatever fear they feel we all have it question is how powerful are we to overcome it. Some work environments are pure toxic its easier to do though when aligned with a purpose. I’ve spent my whole working life doing a job that i don't like, one that has fear at its core and not in a competitive way. Now middle aged with no other experience and what's worse is that I can't conceptualise what i want to do. Going to take a lower wage job because i know thats better for me than what i do now.. less money is better than doing something that's toxic and holds you back from your growth hopefully with growth inspiration and purpose will follow. Sometimes you need blind faith and courage as a direction when you can't find one, even though you know it's going to be difficult in the short term there comes a point where the pain of staying where you are is greater than change i think it'a matter of coming to this realisation sooner rather than later instead of selling your soul in exchange for valueless money
