Hi!
In recent years, the competition between the main live poker series is observed no less than between online poker rooms. Therefore, both the three main series (WSOP, WPT, EPT) and the smaller ones try to find any ways to increase their attractiveness for players, viewers, advertisers.
In recent years, World Poker Tour has done a lot for this: it has conducted series in China and Japan, combined poker series with eSports. At the end of 2017 he started cooperation with 888poker. Within its framework, the first WPT European Championship series took place in Berlin in January this year. At the end of March-beginning of April WPT500 tournament will be held in London with the support of this room.
Another big news in the development plans of WPT was the signing of an agreement at the end of last week between the brand owners and Zynga. Zynga Poker is the world's largest social poker app with more than 20 million active users worldwide. Within the framework of the agreement, by the end of the year, thematic WPT tournaments will appear in the application, which will significantly increase its popularity on social networks.
Good luck to all over the monitor and in life!

Interesting as the Zynga is in completion to the WPT Facebook Social poker site WPT poker. Also i would hope it builds the 888 brand larger to compete with the online market share of PokerStars which is slowly losing. PartyPoker is a contender though.
They also have deals with Party Poker which seems kind of strange in this move givin that Mike Sexton went to Party Poker. I guess WPT didn’t like his move to PartyPoker.
