I am finally back in the gym after having a few weeks off, not for any reason other than laziness really. but im hoping to stick to it now with me trying to lose weight and i started off so well when i started the gym. i lost 8lbs and since then i have only been going basically part time but now im determined to stick to it this time and get to my targets. i am currently at 17 stone 4 or 109kg however you best understand it.
i want to be roughly around the 15 stone mark. but my first target is to get under the 17 stone mark then push one from there. So hopefully i can do that aswell as getting myself as ready as i can be for the new football season.
