I believe your best bet is to try to reconnect with nature. This includes getting more sunlight, exercising , and maybe even barefoot walking. Connect your skin to the earth. Unplug from technology for a while (but don't forget to keep steeming!) I have to go out on a limb and mention pot too. It is medicinal in many ways, and in my opinion better then any pharmaceutical drug. Just remember that if you are going to try to get off your meds, to consult your doctor and wean yourself off. Quitting cold turkey can have unwanted results. Prayer might help too. Good luck, God bless and be safe.
