Unfortunately, not all of us have a job that brings us pleasure, and we are happy to wake up in the morning, because we are waiting for as many interesting things!
In most cases, just the opposite - in the daily work becomes a real torture and hard labor.
Of course, the most simple advice on how to get rid of the hated work - is to throw it. But this is not always possible. If you are just in a situation where work is hated simply poisons your life, but to throw in certain circumstances it is you can not, then follow these tips.
There will be only 2 :). First -
Find the things that you like about your job and focus on them.
In any job you can find something that you like and brings pleasure. Concentrate your attention on it. Every time you will emerge the negative emotions associated with the work, remember the good things that are in it.
Second Council -
Try to see in his work the mission (big hit).
How to do it, is best understood as an example the following parable:
Three builders were the heavy stones with very different facial expressions when they were approached by a wise man. He asked the first, very sad and dissatisfied: "What are you doing?". He said, "Do not you see, I carry stones!".
The second was more serious, focused look. The wise man went up to him and asked, "What are you doing?". And he replied: "I earn money for his family."
A third looked cheerful and happy. The sage asked his: "What are you doing?". And he replied: 'I am building a temple! ".
As you can see, all three of them were doing the same work, but each had its approach to it, and his eyes on the ultimate goal. Try it and you'll see their work more than usual dragging stones and making money.
Nice read,
I ditched my old job 4 years ago for my dream job and i could never be happier.
Now I'm an animator and Visual effects artist and every morning i wake up i'm always excited for the day.
I left my old job 3 years ago, now only online.
I couldn't agree more. Your outlook in life (including work) determines how you view situations. Contentment is in fact an inexhaustible treasure.
