Distress harms. Distress that isn't shared damages substantially more than distress that is imparted to another person, for what we keep inside has a tendency to destroy us, to develop awesome and fearsome in our minds, and we give it significantly more power than it truly has on the off chance that we manage it just in the profundities of our musings and thoughts.
Our reality is loaded with substitutes for the stories that we used to tell, the unhurried time that we used to spend together. Facebook, You Tube, Twitter, Instagram and even on Steemit, take a look at what you see. There and perceive the stories that people are attempting to share, now and again frantically.
Stories must be told. They mirror our identity. They reflect who we really are. Distresses hurt, however, distresses shared mend. Discover somebody to whom you can recount your stories, and be there for others, who wish to tell theirs. Life is rich, full ordeal and a lot of that lavishness can be found in the stories that we share with each other.
Sending love to those who need it most. Good morning and wishing you all a peaceful day. One love.~bloghound~

Yes, distress is a poison that fills our bodies and consumes everything we do. It is like anxiety or worrying. It only causes us to suffer twice about something rather than potentially only once. If we worry about something that is about to happen then we are suffering before it is happening. Then, if it is bad we suffer again when it happens. However, there is always a chance that it turns out alright. In that case, we put ourselves through suffering beforehand for no reason.
Bottom Line: don't worry, be anxious, or distressed about anything.
Thanks for this,
