I've been reading The Happiness Trap and like the concept that your goals should be based on your values. When I look at people who are doing things to make money, I remember that some of the happiest times were when I had a guitar, a motorbike and a backpack. When I look at kids (I sponsor one in an orphanage in Kenya) who was abused and left in a ditch), they are always smiling and happy. I know a number of wealthy people who are very unhappy.
