Today on 2 Minutes withThe Farmer we are talking about how incredible it is that we can get encouraged here on Steemit and Dtube from each other. Yesterday @captainbob did a great video on Execution. It was just what my wife and I needed to hear. It is so amazing to me, how if we take the time to interact and get to know people on these platforms that they can really impact our lives.

My favorite thing about Steemit is interacting with really amazing people. I don't know what it is about Steemit that attracts so many interesting people, but it really does.
Executing and following through is tricky sometimes. When our plans change unexpectedly, it can be frustrating. But learning to adjust plans and carry on is important if we want to get things done.

Having a plan is essential. Being flexible with the plan has to happen. :-)

To be honest, I have a difficult time with plans. I prefer to fly by the seat of my pants. However, a plan in many situations, provides freedom - so long as it is flexible enough to relieve the anxiety you mentioned. Take care.

I love plans. I feel more comfortable with having one but these last few years on the farm have shown me that even the best of plans never come together perfectly. I am learning to enjoy the flexible to no plans;)
I have found a common theme on Steemit today and it's that life doesnt always go as planned. I used to also get hung up on the details and getting things right from the start but Matt hasa good head on his shoulders and reminds me that sometimes it's good to have a plan and other times we just need to get started and go back to tweak things later. I also agree that there is so much more to Steemit than the money. Don't get me wrong, we all need to wake out a living, but I have made a surprising amount of connections here and hope to one day visit many of the steemians I have befriended in person.
