Awesome! Glad that you are back into it! Are there any trails in the area that you can walk/jog/run? That seems like it would be a good way to get some exercise as well. Just make sure you get your $1.50 a day's worth out of the gym!

Not really as far as I can tell and jogging isn't really my thing (I'm to heavy, run like an elephant). I do like the cross trainer and bike!
Ah, okay. We'll keep it up! You are getting pretty close to motivating me to get up and get moving myself. Maybe after I read your posts for another month or two I will finally get around to exercising myself 😁
