Very nice! You could have had a bloody mary. Those are quite good that early in the morning! It looks like they turned out really well. I actually read your post showing the end result before I got to this one. That is impressive the amount of coals that you still have left over after a nine hour cook. It held a consistent temp the whole time? Even towards the end?
