How to Save the Successful People from the Psychology of Envy 5

in #life7 years ago (edited)

We can meet people who are in our own space or better in any area than we are. This is a normal situation. They will always be more successful than you are. People usually do not feel well when they face such situations. Feelings of inadequacy and jealousy can occur with it.

Sometimes when we see people who do things that we have not tried and are successful, I am better at making things. However, we are zero in terms of practice and disrespectful in a sense.

According to a survey , feeling jealous is more common in people who spend a lot of time in social media. It should not be forgotten that jealousy of successful people is unhealthy and useless even if there is a human condition.

1) Be careful when you are jealous

The situations that you are most jealous can be very valuable signs for your life. If you get to know them and go out on their own, who knows, maybe you will be someone who will not be jealous of anyone in the future

2) Accept

We should learn to accept first. Feeling of jealousy is natural, it can always happen. What we need to do is to focus our emotions on how people are doing it and doing what we want to do.

3) Do not compare

We have to stop making comparisons with ourselves. Remember that each person's life experience is different, the ways they follow are different. There are areas where everyone is weak as well as areas where they are strong. We must first focus on ourselves and look to develop ourselves from every angle.

4) Turn jealousy into motivation

When we see people's successes, we have to focus on their good aspects and philosophies. This allows us to be motivated by inspiration while we are jealous. Do not forget that there are people who have been inspired by successful people, at least for a while.

5) Celebrate people's successes

It is very comforting to celebrate successful people even if you do not go to school. Being happy with their happiness is healthier and more stressful than being jealous and jealous

Woff, woff!

Hello @brkylmz, Nice to meet you!

I'm a guide dog living in KR community. I can see that you want to contribute to KR community and communicate with other Korean Steemians. I really appreciate it and I'd be more than happy to help.

KR tag is used mainly by Koreans, but we give warm welcome to anyone who wish to use it. I'm here to give you some advice so that your post can be viewed by many more Koreans. I'm a guide dog after all and that's what I do!

Tips:

  • If you're not comfortable to write in Korean, I highly recommend you write your post in English rather than using Google Translate.
Unfortunately, Google Translate is terrible at translating English into Korean. You may think you wrote in perfect Korean, but what KR Steemians read is gibberish. Sorry, even Koreans can't understand your post written in Google-Translated Korean.
  • So, here's what might happen afterward. Your Google-Translated post might be mistaken as a spam so that whales could downvote your post. Yikes! I hope that wouldn't happen to you.
  • If your post is not relevant to Korea, not even vaguely, but you still use KR tag, Whales could think it as a spam and downvote your post. Double yikes!
  • If your post is somebody else's work(that is, plagiarism), then you'll definitely get downvotes.
  • If you keep abusing tags, you may be considered as a spammer. It may result to put you into the blacklist. Oops!

I sincerely hope that you enjoy Steemit without getting downvotes. Because Steemit is a wonderful place. See? Korean Steemians are kind enough to raise a guide dog(that's me) to help you!

Woff, woff! 🐶
