Production or reproduction, that is the question??

The most important thing we end up at school is that the most important things are not taught in school.
In this post that i recommend you to read and share with as many people as possible, the theme is the issue of today's thinking.

In short, most of education systems are based on the mere reproduction of existing ones, instead of the true production of new and different thoughts and solutions.

Basically, our teachers continue to harass pupils in elementary, high school, and faculty to memorize or teach "something" what is few hundred or tens of years old.
In a nutshell, reproductive questions are asked so we again reproduce by repeating something that has been invented long time ago or already spoken or proven.
Students are for example asked to learn and design the most complex chart of organizational structures, ones which you have to look at, and you have to make a mistake. To be more funny ones that does not even apply in a modern organizational structure.
At the same time, students are ''failing'' because they have mistaken one letter in the definition, even though they have absolutely understood its essence.

But preferring form to substance is not a real problem.
The root of the problem lies in the lack of stimulating productive thinking. Productive question requires from us to produce a new solution, or to improve it, or present and deliver it in a different way.

Classical reproductive question would be "For example, what is the way to start entrepreneurship ...?"
Productive question would be: "If you should start an entrepreneurial endeavor today, at this time and in this environment, what exactly would it be, how would you do it and with whom ? ".
As you can see, in first is a mere repetition of what has been said, and the second is seeking something new, concrete and absolutely applicable.
The first question requires a simple answer. The second question asks for the right solution. First question requires the so-called. linear thinking.
The 2nd questione is looking for a much-needed and popular lateral thinking in the world today.

Many will say now "There is no need to invent hot water".
Ok, but the same hot water was first a) heated to the fire, then b) on the electric stove,
c) then pushed through the flow and gas boilers, tubes and entire systems, and d) today increasingly with the help of wind, sun bioenergy, degradable materials, solar convectors etc.
By Albert Einstein the definition of stupidity is to do the same thing over and over again in the same way, while at the same time expecting a different result.

Today, when we are witnessing the hyperinflation of different degrees and titles that do not have a real foundation, when young people, after a very difficult and demanding study, unfortunately end up in the bureaus for unemployed people (even me personalIy), question is in what extent is the educational system, regardless of whether he was state or private, guilty for all of this???

How much in daily life are we doing the art of producing a new, different, improved, and in what extent are we slaves of old thoughts and acquired skills?

Choice is ours, and the real question is whether we have the choice or not at all?

I would like to see your opinions dear steemians!
