Hey lovers of life!
I am truly blessed to have this opportunity to connect with you.
We all have our ups and downs and I'll admit, this year has had its challenges more often than not; times that have knocked me off my feet and have not been fun.
In the midst of it all, we learn to trust ourselves, remember why we're doing what matters most to us and gather the tools to bounce back from whatever next thing is thrown our way.
I know a lot of people who would feel helpless and choose defeat, always playing small and looking at what life has done to them. "To me." Does that sound familiar?
That stance is no good. That stance is victim and it only reinforces that you're in a powerless position and can't do much or anything about it. It also reinforces negativity and helplessness.
In essence, you're far from that. You're a f*cking mega being with so much experience, you need just lean into your most powerful life triumph and let how you kicked ass remind you of that.
Yes, it's not always easy. It's not supposed to be. But you're a diamond and life is constantly giving you the option to shape into a more stellar version.
Sometimes by merely shifting our perspective we can change the way things show up for us, if we're willing. When we feel defeated it's because of a perception that we can't do anything externally. But you are not going to affect anything externally without first changing it internally because that is where your power lies.
That's what's gotten me through the last few months and that's what gets me through everything. If you're willing to sit with the discomfort and still be able to allow yourself to feel one percent better each day, that's more than enough. When you're willing to search for the better feeling rather than let it elude you, you begin to realize the creator and change agent you are.
These questions are a good start, and they're designed to pull us out from your discomfort, and move you into freedom, ease and possibility. They're short and simple, but can bring you answers if you're open and allow them to.
Mega love.
PS: It's not the questions that essentially move you from A to B. It's your willingness to see things through a different lens. ;)
