Day 176 Speed Dating

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog. I enjoyed it to the extend where I turned it into a year long challenge were I try to find a good balance between health, work and my personal life...

I went on another Speed date on Wednesday along with a friend. I have done these more often and they always turn out in a fun night while also being somewhat of a dissapointment since it is very rare for me to feel any emotional connection this quick. I do tend to get at least a couple women wanting to see me back but I'm pobably way to picky when it comes down th marking someone at the end of the night myself. .

I have gone slow on the reps lately. Friday will be a core work out day and I will be making Saturday in another push-up day. I do not lack activity though having put in 20k+ steps. Tennis will also start again on Thursday.
