Week #11 Summary
This was the first week I had a fail day on the objectives I'm putting high priority on. I don't really mind that much though because the overall setup works quite well to keep me disciplined in what I try to achieve and limits it all to 1 bad day instead of a bad week / month which it used to be in the past. I will continue to build upon this creating overall better habits that step by step help me move forward.
It was quite the shaky week when it came down to my wake up times. Mostly the staying in bed after being awake and I will be making it more of a focus point this week. The main idea was to win extra time each week and that has actually been limited.

I continue to be active enough going to my yoga class twice this week, I was unable to keep up my regular blogging routine as I simply have less to write about now during the soccer season winter break and making good posts takes up so much more time and effort.

Week #12 objectives
I will continue all the previous objectives and set 9:00 as the latest tim to be making these daily blog posts (at least 6x each week). I will probably be setting my alarm clock in case I'm not awake before 08:30. By taking a shower instead of a bath most morings I also win quite some time and should be ready to be productive sooner. Everything else will remain the same. I will be looking to add doing a minimum of daily reps next week likely.

You’re doing great. It’s cool that you are really sticking to a plan that betters yourself. It’s hard to stay motivated to to do that sometimes but your consistency will win out in the end.

It's basically the only real goal I set, making these reports daily and being honest to myself. It's actually a great tool to in a way observe yourself and brings about a huge amount of internal conflict when not doing what I set out to do.

Great to see more people with a similar aproach using Steemit as a way to create better habits, it really has made a huge difference for myself. I would say stick to it and be honest to yourself, real results big or small will follow eventually. If you ever need some tips to build up your post earnings feel free to let me know.
