Day 93 Activation Energy

in #life7 years ago

I have set myself a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and will be using this account as a personal diary blog to write down my daily progress.

Right now I feel that I'm doing the challenge completetly on auto-pilot by eating healthy and working out by going on a moring run which by now requires very little activation energy. I really was not up to it all yesterday but had no real issue to do my run and not grab any junk food.

There is still a long road ahead though to rech what I want to achieve and I will continue to monitor myself through these daily blog posts after day 100 because I feel not that much is needed for me to switch back to being more lazy and eat less healthy. The next 7 days I will likely take it easy and do the bare minimum. Once day 101 hits I intend to take making money again much more serious and might include the progress in that regard in these posts./p>

On of the reasons it takes so little activation energy to go on a run is because of Steemit and it's running community. Knowing there are many others who run daily or rgualarly along with challneges like #runforsteem hosted by @jumowa (challenge link) So for that, Thank You Steemit !

This post will be upvoted by some upvote bots after 24 hours which should give everyone who showed support some extra curation rewards! This is the best way for me to convert all earned SBD into more Steem Power so I can increase my support to others on Steemit over time!

Thanks !
