Solving my lifelong insomnia this past year has been so SO life changing. Although I of course knew that the lack of consistent sleep was having a negative effect on my health and my life (and productivity), I had no idea just how bad it was affecting me.

You make some really solid points, as usual! I enjoy reading your posts.
