It's natural to have fears because fear is a part of life. It is part of the range of feelings that humans experience on a daily basis. In our culture, fear has come to be experienced as negative. However, the truth is that fear is a perfectly normal feeling to experience and we would all feel a lot better if we simply allowed ourselves to feel it fully. If we do not we will have somatic symptoms of fear that are much more painful than simply allowing the feeling to be felt.
Like a step uphill bike ride, A life of fear is tiring, tedious and crippling. The object of a person's fear may seem trivial and small, But to them the small dot is awfully close and covers their vision. I believe faith and fear both demand we believe in something we cannot see...So we have to choose.
Funny and how easy it is for us to ignore our fears and hope that they'll just go away. But to our greatest surprise, they rarely do. So if you don’t face your fears today, they’ll end up controlling you. often times in life we allow fear. worries, and doubt dominates and define our lives. we allow them to steal our joy,our sleep and our precious dreams.
I remember growing up as a kid, And being the last born of the family, i was mostly been left alone at home. A large compound with a 4 bedroom apartment'' imagine how big that is for a 7 year old kid.
Every morning my parent will leave for work in the morning, I and my siblings will go to school. But i can remember i was always the first to come back home, i was in the minor class so i would always finish the day before my siblings.. And will be taken home by the house maid.
Often times when we get home, after she had finish making me lunch, she have to rush to the groceries store to get things for dinner before my parent gets back from work. So i'll be left alone in the house, at that moment the whole building will become so calm and quite that i'll start hearing all manner of sounds, i start having the feeling that people are walking around the house, i start seeing fake images, and sometimes i felt something might just fall out from the wall and capture me ''i believe most of you might have gotten such experience too"
These kept going on and on and i was getting used to it, as time passed i was growing and i got to the point that i over grew the fears.
Now what did that teach me? that experience really helped me a lot, it taught me that sometimes you have to admit your fears, let it live and grow with you, make it your partner if you can, and over coming it will never be a problem..
We've seen so many people fail in life because they let their fears overshadow their dreams, If you must know, fear kills dream more than failure ever will, the only thing that stands between who you are right now and who you want to be is your fears.
You don't expect to stay in your corner of fears waiting for others to come to you, you have to go to them sometimes.
THESE ARE MAGIC KEYS TO HELP YOU TACKLE YOUR FEARS

Have the courage to say no, and the courage to face the truth and your fears.
Attract what you expect, reflect what you desire, become what you respect, mirror what you admire.
Allow yourself to grow in all the places people thought you never would.
Go with the choice that scares you most,it will help you overcome the fear.
Your goal should only scare you a little but excite you a lot.
TRY EXPOSING YOURSELF TO YOUR FEARS
It's believed the longer you face the situation or something you are afraid of, the better chances you get to break the fear cycle, No matter how unbearable your distress becomes, don't feel bad, you can take a break and start again another day.
TAKE THE NEXT STEP THEN THE NEXT STEP AGAIN AND AGAIN
You don't need to be in a rush, just push yourself till you find yourself being able to handle the first rung on your fear ladder with less anxiety, then you move to the next one, keep challenging yourself. YOUR PRESENT CIRCUMSTANCES DON'T DETERMINE WHERE YOU CAN GO, THEY MERELY DETERMINE WHERE YOU START..
OFTEN TIMES WHAT YOU ARE AFRAID OF DOING IS THE VERY THING THAT WILL SET YOU FREE, YOU SHOULDN'T BE AFRAID OF FAILING,BE AFRAID OF THE CHANCES YOU MISS WHEN YOU DON'T EVEN TRY.
