Yesterday I tried to cook beans that's how it came out. INGREDIENTS ARE; 4 cups of beans, 2 big tomatoes, one big Onion, 1 Green pepper, enough cooking oil, 2 tsp salt. Separate beans other particles or remove dirty by putting in warm water for 20 minute carefully. Make sure it's clean to be cooked. Boil water at 100°C and then add beans. Cook for more 2 hours but it depends on heat energy supplied to it and type of beans you want to cook,add enough Cooking oil,after some minutes tomatoes, Onion and green can be added to be cooked for 15 minutes until it is ready. You can add your favorite spice and Carrots.
Can be served with dishes of your choice. Remember to balance up a meal.

Looks delicious Carole. Ever thought of adding some diced ham while the beans are cooking? I've also used pork barbecue and barbecue sauce instead of the ham.
