Don't worry about the scale not showing results. That flab is turning into muscle and that is a good thing. Everybody falls off the diet wagon now and then. The key is to get back on as soon as you can. When on holidays it is good to indulge a little. Otherwise, you feel too deprived and the diet goes out the window. Congratulations for sticking with it.

I second everything you just said here. Great advice! Since I started my fitness journey, the number on the scale hasn't really changed but I sure have and I'm so much happier for it.
