Life lessons for no stress and happiness
1-Live in each moment, if you are doing that you are not thinking of unpleasant things or being sad. No matter if you are just washing dishes, enjoy your moment!
2-Problem? Solve it quickly, if you could not solve it and you cannot control the situation, do not dwell and move on! Stress will be non existent or very minimal
3-Every time something unpleasant happens or a flash of a stressor comes to mind, envision a huge red stop sign and immediately stop what your thinking and do something else, it takes practice if you've always been a worry wart, but the result will be AMAZING
4-Be kind but don't put yourself out. Make sure you and your partner are taken care of first and then do for others if you can
5-when your in a situation you are not happy with, force yourself to be happy laugh and smile when you least expect it you will be having a good time, trust me this works.
