I sliced it in half and cut right into the pit
I made the decision to whisk up some eggs
I threw some spices into the eggs
I used a different pan for the eggs
Flipped
Filled and added cheese
I diced up my Avacado, diced up more tomato, salted and peppered them, stuffed them in the Omlette, folded it, and melted cheese on top
Things that made the Omlette better
- Salsa on top
- A squirt of siracha
- A two day old taco shell that I rewarmed in the toaster
Looks good, but I just ran out of two day old taco shells.
