Hey Mark, @exyle whatever you do diet-wise, give yourself ONE day a week when you can eat whatever you want. Otherwise, you'll feel deprived. Sunday is my day for that. The rest of the week I cut way down on sugar and carbs, plus I rarely drink alcohol. You can still grill all you want: meat and vegs! I workout, too. I've lost 20 lbs of fat so far (over a year's time). Works for me. Good luck, bro.
