This is such a great idea, most definitely not what I thought you were going to say when I saw the topic at the beginning, LOL! This could be helpful to motivate myself to exercise - I already know my main motivation is to lose the weight I gained while I was pregnant (I just had my baby 5 months ago) and I want to be healthy and trim. Who doesn't want to look and feel better? It's always a different story when it comes to actually putting the plan into action, so thanks for sharing this, much appreciated!
