Colorchallenge: Thursday Green

in #life7 years ago

Probably the best green scenery a farmer can be grateful for is the color he sees in his rice fields.

Asia's foremost crop is rice and Thailand is one of the best rice growers in the region. The government of Thailand is giving enough support to the farmers to produce the best crop and one that is most affordable to all.

Rice is one of Asia's top exported products in the region as well as sugar and corn.

Wow, Great photos, I rarely ever get to see rice fields and I like the information said in the article.

Thanks. Happy to know you like my photos.

Beautiful rice fields.
I always wanted to know and see how the rice is grown.
It looks beautiful. Does it always have to be in water for it to grow?

There are two types in terms of environment. There's this one thriving in the water called irrigated lowland rice and the upland rice where it is growing in a dry land.

Thanks. It's good to know since I thought it only grows in water.
